After hours and hours of research and almost a year of coverage I thought I had found a true gem. However, Figo has just filed to increase rates in the state of NJ by 52%. That is absolutely insane that a company can double your rate with the snap of a finger and is far from customer centric. This company went from hero to zero in my book, looks elsewhere.

I would absolutely recommend it to any pet parent . Advanced medical treatment is available these days , but the cost is significant. Without Embrace I couldnt have covered the cost of the medical bills .What I like about Embrace : policies are very clear and easy to understand , premiums reasonable and the coverage is great. Claim submission process very easy, I 've never had surprises about actual charges covered vs the policy. Payments are quick . And the customer service very nice and helpful

We purchased ASPCA Pet Insurance nine years ago because this breed is subject to cardiovascular issues as they get older. The previous claims submitted were processed in a timely fashion but our two recent claims were exceptional.

I whole heartedly recommend Healthy Paws. Our 14 month old puppy had been in ICU for a full 7 days, having undergone major surgery - Healthy Paws covered 80% of an extremely expensive hospital bill. Receiving our reimbursement helped relieve much anxiety, allowing us to concentrate our attention on caring for our little guy when he finally came home. Also, I was touched that someone personally called, and when they did not reach me, emailed me to inquire on how our puppy was feeling and recuperating Don't know of any company that takes the time to do that. Healthy Paws App for submitting a bill could not be more simple to use - just take a picture of the bill with your phone and submit. It should be noted (although after all we've been through, this is a minor consideration to me now, but might matter to someone else) the only reason I did not give a full 5 stars is that they do not cover the expense of prescription food, which can be quite expensive. I can't say for sure, but this may be something that no pet insurance company will reimburse. I did price compare other pet insurance companies and Healthy Paws not only received the best reviews, but they are also VERY affordable.

Embrace has helped me and my doggo focus on the important things in life, such as cuddling and playing. Embrace makes paperwork simple and they offer extremely affordable coverage. Also, their customer service representatives are very quick to respond and strive to create an individualized experience. When i first adopted Ryder, i would have never imagined him having a serious medical issue. Without Embrace, I would have never been able to afford his overnight visits to the emergency hospital and any vet visits due to the bouts of acute pancreatitis he suffered from. And this is why i say choosing Embrace is a no brained, without them, Ryder wouldn't be here today.

The claims are processed pretty quickly. If there are any questions or issues the cusotmer is contacted right away.

I called because my dog went to the vet for lameness. My vet did additional testing to rule cancer out and I called PetsBest to explain as it was somewhat confusing. I received a phone call an hour after my email. I have never in 9 years had a problem or had to question a decision on any of my claims for my 3 pets.
