Although the prices continue to increase, when I have a claim or problem, the ease of use and rapid response is well worth it.

Over the last year we have had several vet visits. One report was misinterpreted by the underwriter, but it was corrected quickly and the claim was paid promptly.

I wish I had known that I could not electronically file claims like my other pet insurance carrier for my other Wolfhound. It would have made a difference going with your company. Extremely disappointing and inconvenient if I forget that I needed a form filled out at Vet's office. Your turnaround time for reimbursement is dismal...but average overall for all companies. You came highly recommended but I am not impressed. Sorry and now I am stuck with you. Susan McIntosh

My review is that trupanion I feel actually cares about your pet every time I speak to a representative on the phone the first thing I ask is how is Prince doing makes me feel good that they care my veterinarian bills are sent right to trupanion and I get my money in my checking account as soon as they process it they are great

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has been very easy to use for me. It's very easy to file a claim with them, and they are speedy with the claims. They are always very easy to reach on the phone, and have always been very helpful and solution driven if I had a problem/question.

ASPCA is a highly professional insurance company to deal with. Customer service is great. Claim turn around is excellent. They offer different levels of coverage for your pet. I highly recommend to all pet owners.

Hi! Received all my refund checks for our dog, Maks. No problems and everything is fine!

We took on two older dogs , 1 st time ever dealing with pet insurance and last . This type of insurance gives you a false sense of protection. They basically took our money months later told me that one of the dogs were not covered because they determined pre existing conditions because of here say and miss information from an emergency hospital that saw and treated the dog one time . They just string you alone and take your money beware of this company !!!! They took three months to have us answer and refused to refund me the total . We have switch to another company who took our current vets physical as fact , not miss information that was told to us in the past ! We now have a policy with national wide !
