We sadly acquired a puppy that developed a severe deformity. To get a diagnosis it took multiple x-rays, ultrasounds and MRIs. Needless to say this was several thousand dollars of tests, and now ongoing treatment and rehab. Trupanion paid just as the contract we signed said they would. Everything has been reimbursed at 90 percent and in a timely manner. I wish my personal insurance paid this well ! I would highly recommend Trupanion to all pet owners. Best to buy when your puppy or kitten is young, then there is no question about a pre existing condition...really a fantastic company!

Healthy Paws has once again done an amazing job. We were faced with stress of our dog not eating/drinking and needing tests.There was Healthy Paws to the rescue, covering the vet bills, inquiring as to how our dog was doing, and being very responsive. Highly recommend Healthy Paws!

It took a bit longer than expected to meet the deductible (only 80% of any initial vet bills go toward the deductible, I found out the hard way), but since then the plan we chose is definitely working out. We've made several claims (Labrador puppy, need I say more) and processing has been prompt and fair. Glad to be an Embrace customer.

Have submitted two claims to Trupanion for stifle surgeries for my 2 year old dog, Dexter. They paid as we expected in a timely manner. The process was straightforward, all contacts with personnel were cordial, friendly, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

My cat was hospitalized for 3 days because of his renal failure. Pet bests processed my claim within 2 weeks and paid for 80% of the bill after deductible. I am really thankful to PetsBest for their help. Highly recommended!

I have a 1 year old Great Dane and have already put in 6 or 7 claims with Embrace. While a couple were rejected due to a pre-existing condition, having the insurance has still paid for itself many times over. Their website and claim specialists are always extremely helpful providing status on a claim and they are very prompt when sending claim payments that have been approved. I am extremely pleased with Embrace and would recommend them to any other dog or cat owner.

The claims are paid right away,no problems what so ever. Ive had claims for several different things. First was an allergic reaction to her shots, then she had diarrhea for several days, the last thing was bruising and unexplained bleeding. My last dog died from kidney failure, so I know how much vet bills can be. I wish I would have known about Trupanion when she was alive. I was offered a free month of Trupanion from my vet when I brought my new puppy, a french bulldog, in for her first vet check. She had an allergic reaction to her shots so I had an opportunity to use the insurance during my free month. The claim was paid in a timely manner with no problems.
