My dog Ava is 5 months, at 3 months she fractured her paw. I am a firm believer in health coverage even for my pets, they covered the cost of the vet that I was able to get the best treatment for Ava . The cost is most affordable I even have it for my cat Remi. I appreciate this company, their customer service is very thorough and courteous they talk to you like a friend rather than a client. I highly recommend them. They truly are on your side. Julius

Saddle Brook, NJ We decided to get insurance and decided that Pets Best was the best choice. Incredibly, only a few days after the waiting period ended our dog developed pancreatitis. We filed our claim electronically and received a check (in the amount we were expecting) within weeks. So happy we choose Pets Best!

This is the first pet that I have gotten Pet insurance for. So far, I have submitted 2 claims. I received EOB's on both of them within 2 weeks. Check was issued within that time also. These claims were paid more quickly than my own Health insurance.

They are the best company ever....I have a Shepard who has had issues with tumors and they have been wonderful.

Embrace has made the last 6 months a mental relief for us. Our boy Brody was diagnosed with Lymphoma. He has been under going Chemo since March 01, 2017. Thanks for our great coverage we have kept our guy alive, longer than the 6 weeks he would have had. He is happy, and full of life, in remission. Fingers crossed everyday for another health day and long walks with Brody.

I actually have Trupanion for 3 border collies. They are currently 2, 9 & 12. I have ALWAYS had prompt courteous service from Trupanion! I recommend Trupanion insurance to all my friends!

I have never had a negative or poor experience with Embrace since I started with them 3 years ago. But recently I feel that their customer service department has declined with the service for claims or even responding to emails (which I have sent and never heard back from) I recently went through a claim process for medication under illness and it took just about a month and numerous calls to get my reimbursement. I had to reach out after 15 days and was not contacted except for them stating they reached out to the vet 10 days ago, if I did not call and complain (which i contacted my vet and received the information with no problem to forward to them and they still said they had not received anything so I had to call again) they would have closed both my claims without checking up on them and trying to make contact and them seem to put it all in my lap saying they notified my that the vet did not respond and they did not give correct info to me in the beginning about how to submit my claim. CUSTOMER SERVICE and turn around time needs more attention.
