Easy claim filing, timely reimbursement
Have had Trupanion since we adopted Belle, did not need insurance until last year when she broke a tooth and required extraction and again this year with a bad case of HGE. Love the ease of claim filing, quick turnaround with claim summary emailed within THREE days of filing! Now just waiting for reumbursement to be conveniently direct deposited to my account. Definitely worth having
I've had pet insurance for my dog ever since she had to undergo a surgical procedure at a fairly young age and I had to pay for everything. For most of the time I've had this policy, it hasn't been necessary. Fast forward to 8 vet visits over 2 months for 2 separate issues and I'm glad I have this insurance. Claims can be a little slow to process and I really wish you didn't have to pay the vet out of pocket and then get reimbursed, but otherwise this insurance is completely worth it.

The process was so simple
The process was so simple and took all of my stress away when Luna got pneumonia - all I needed to worry about was her getting better. I had no reservations about getting her the care she needed and now I never will, knowing how easy the claim process was.

Easy claim submission and payment process.
Easy to submit forms, no issues with the process. Was reimbursed for the majority of my kitty's tests and hospital stay. Claim process took about 1 month to process. So grateful to Nationwide!!

Nationwide is great!
I haven’t had a problem with Nationwide as of yet. They are pretty fast when it comes to claims and always update an EOB explaining what they are covering.
