Great customer service
We continued insurance that was provided from our puppies breeder. Unfortunately at 4 our dog declined rapidly and he was put to rest. Trupanion was so empathetic when I called to cancel my policy. This happened 2 months ago. Today I received a hand written card from trupanion sending their condolences.
I will definitely use Trupanion again in the future

In a world that is changing, and not as dependable as in the past, not as trustworthy., it helps me to know there are those institutions, agencies, companies, etc that do not change. DON'T USE THEM
My dog had a piece of glass in her foot and they denied the claim saying it was a routine checkup. Are you kidding me?? Someone should report this people.

They will find any reason to try to deny claims
This company will happily take your money for years and then when a claim is made try to find reasons not to pay. Pre-existing conditions make sense but when they start to blame other ailments and issues on that issue just so they don't have to pay, it's criminal. Their customer service team is very nice and sympathetic, they may even agree that it's the wrong decision but they do not have a say.

Indoor Cat got out and got in a scuffle with an animal
He broke his pelvic and we had lots of bills to try to see if he could get better. ASPCA quickly repaid us. Yeah! He's getting better and we didn't have to put him down.

Huge disappointment
Once Pet Plan sold to some other company and became Fetch, the entire website, app customer service, and coverage went down significantly. Pet Plan was awesome, Fetch is awful. It’s impossible to get a customer service person on the phone, their chat bot is broken, and their coverage has become very scammy. I plan to move my pets to another insurance.

Great Service
When my dog got sick, I was able to submit claim very easily thru the app. Got reimbursed 24 hours later.

We've ALWAYS found their service to be friendly, efficient, professional, and the processing of claims to be VERY timely and quick! Their personal assistance and prompt communications are a pleasure to experience. We remain VERY HAPPY with Healthy Paws and regularly refer them to friends and family!

Beware of this company
Beware of this company they will take more money out of your account than first estimated.. on May 31, they took over $200 out of my account when the original payments are just supposed to be $100. All they want to refund me is only $80. They are quick to take the money out of your account but not refund you. You have to wait over a week to get a refund.. but yet they’re quick to remove the money out of your account. They are just like thieves in the night. I am a single mother with two disabled children on the spectrum. I’m left without money for the money to feed my Daughters. I do not recommend this company to no one. They’re overpriced and as I say, they’ll take as much as I want out of your accounts..

Quite atisfiewd with Metlife Pet
Have filed several claims with Metlife for substantially more than I have paid in. the paid claims in 2 weeks or less with no fight, disagreement or challenges. It has been well worth what they charge.

My Puppy broke his leg at 6mo and needed surgery, Metlife paid the full amount of coverage with no problem and I received the full amount in less than 10 days after filing the claim. They are always helpful and no long hold times when I call. 100% paid after a $250 deductible is an awesome plan! Thankyou!
