Pleasure to have as a Pet Helper!
My pet had a massive ear infection in both ears and a bad allergy. You wouldn't know because he seemed fine. I filed all of my claims eve though they were over a month old and the ladies I spoke with were so wonderful and nice to speak with. They put the claims in and on the same day they were processed and completed. One was not so I called the next day and she processed and completed while I was on the phone with them. They have pets too so they know how it is to be a pet parent.

Healthy Paws Give Me Peace of Mind!
After my dog Roscoe had a injury that led to several vet visits and lots of bills I made the decision to get Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for him. He recently hurt his dewclaw and had to have it removed. Healthy Paws customer service did a great job helping me understand what treatment was covered and what would not be and even asked how he was recovering afterwards. Then two weeks after his surgery the followed up via e-mail to make sure he was still doing well and sent their love. I know that I can rest easy knowing that he will be covered by such caring animal people!

My Embrace policy is a waste of money
My dog recently caught an intestinal parasite while at a boarding facility and became very sick. Embrace declined coverage of his treatments because he had diarrhea 2 years ago and is considered a pre-existing condition. So any illness he develops that has diarrhea symptoms will not be covered because he had diarrhea on occasion 2 years ago? This policy is a waste of money and I am going to cancel it.

Embrace is the BEST!
Embrace has taken excellent care of our 10 yr. old Mastiff mix dog Jack since we rescued him at age 1. He has had several major life threatening problems along the way and we would not have been able to afford his medical bills without Embrace. He is the very BEST dog we have ever owned and love him with all our hearts. As retired seniors now we are enjoying old age with our sweet senior Jack. THANK YOU EMBRACE!

Saved me $1,900 in 1 year
My cat had to get 2 ultrasounds and multiple treatments for stomach issue. Seven claims in one year totaling $2,009.I did have to pay the vet fees upfront and then was reimbursed. Have MAJOR MEDICAL for all of my pets and the claim process was super easy. Was refunded amounts in 30 days. Only paid the $100 deductible overall. Just wrote this review out of gratitude since I was so skeptical at first. Insurance companies are notorious for fine print.

5 degrees to kevin bacon
my partner went into renal failure, our vet is right at our back fence so we just jumped over. she stopped eating, drinking so she was I.V.'d and held over till she recovered. weeks later, i get four form letters saying "hi, i'm a pet owner myself, i'm sorry we can't pay for this emergency". In using the 5 degrees paradigm we've managed to find not normal kidney labs in her hx so that mean this was a (you guessed it) "pre existing" condition so it was bound to happen sooner or later. wow, this is the second time i submit this review, i got a "There was a problem with your submission" the first time. we've been w/ the ins for close to a year...a whole year! we bought on to their "you'll need us for emergencies". fooled once, shame on you fool me twice shame on me; i have asked to be cancelled. folks we treat our partners w/ kindness, we love them, we have them checked, have them have labs and the works which we pay for and buy emergency coverage insurance for the sudden stuff, but someone forgot to tell the insurance company.

Quick Refund Process
I'll keep this short - if it weren't for Embrace, there would have been a time when I would have been faced with the decision of whether or not I could afford to keep my pet healthy. My reimbursements were processed quickly which saved me in the end from having to make that decision.

My puppy, Harvey, suddenly became very ill and requires multiple emergency visits, the care of a specialist and other fees that totaled about 6,000. I couldn't have afforded his care without this insurance AND they were amazing! I filed my claims, talked with customer service, and was reimbursed in a timely manner. One of the best customer service and insurance experiences I've ever ever had!

I am amazed at how quickly I receive funds into my bank. Your wellness plan encourages me to follow the vet needs of my pet...and still I have insurance for their safety needs. Way better than any other plan I have tried in the past. Thank you for the options and savings offered!
