Though our dog Isolde's issue this time was a minor one, several years ago she had a near death fall that broke her pelvis in three places. Because of Pets Best insurance plan in place then, she received the best care available. Because of that care, she is able to climb mountains such as this one now!!!

All claims are always processed in a timely manner. Whenever I have had questions they answered them quickly or followed up with me once they had the information. While there have not been many, any problem that did materialize was addressed quickly and to my satisfaction.
