Everything about your program is really fine except the extremely large renewal charge made this year.
The service is fine. Your people are helpful. The method for submitting claims is very easy to use. BUT your 2nd year increase is really a bit over the top. If that kind of a change happens again yo can be assured I will not renew with you the next year.

They just interested in your $$$ not u pet. Bogus excuses not to pay claims (preexisting when they not) just so they don’t pay
Several claims (4) issued, all denied with excuse that they were pre-existing (acid reflux) were reason for pneumonia 4 months later on one of his lungs and 3 weeks later developed pneumonia on the other lung, nothing related to his GI issues when he was 3 months. Never saw a dime $$$ regardless of several calls and second review which further acknowledges the diagnoses. It’s like saying pregnancy is a preexisting condition since u have an uterus and eggs. All they care about is taking u money and making processes while u waiting for process you keep paying ( 1st claim, declined, appeal, review, declined, 2 nd claim declined, appeal, review, declined.....= $$$$$$$$$$$ from you and all you get is DECLINED!!!!! Worst company ever, they don’t care about you or your pets, just your money.

First claim
This was the first claim for our new puppy and it went great. I wish that the coverage was easier to understand, and why certain things aren't paid, or why they aren't paid as much. Otherwise love the service

It has been so easy to deal with your company!
We signed up for pet insurance over the phone. The cost is so reasonable. We had to file a claim recently. It was very easy to do and payment came promptly. Everyone I spoke to with this company has been very nice and professional.
