I feel that the claims process for Pets Best is always easy. If I've ever had a question, using the chat feature is the most efficient way of getting questions answered quickly. Email communication is great, so I always know the status of my claim. All around great experience. Thanks!

Smokey had a benign skin tumor (skin tag) on his mouth that he kept biting and it was bleeding so we brought him in to have it removed. He's also been having trouble with springtime allergies - I called because I forgot to add info to the claim about the allergies because I was focused on the surgery component. I also wasn't sure what, exactly, was covered. Your agent was great and helped me with all my questions as pet insurance processing is new to me!

I was prompted to get pet insurance after having a scare with my pup back in 2015. I did some research and went with Healthy Paws since they had such positive ratings and some of the best coverage. I'm so glad I did! My dog doesn't have a lot of claims, but recently required surgery on his leg which was incredibly expensive. Healthy Paws processed the claim quickly and covered it all. It's such a relief to have a company with such great service. Their app makes it so simple to submit a claim, and they always process them quickly. I have coverage for both of my dogs through Healthy Paws, and will be their customer for life!

I am so grateful to Nationwide for partnering with me and taking the best possible care of Nakita. she is very, very dear to me, and it's reassuring to know that the best care is available to her when she needs it. She is healing up from some severe lacerations on the bottoms of her front feet. She got them at a dog park. I don't know how. With the advice an attention of my excellent vet, her feet are healing up beautifully. without my Nationwide Insurance, I'd be doing a lot more guesswork, Something I just can't afford to do when it comes to my very best friend.
