Great Insurance. I have Pets Best for years. Had a claim submitted for one of my cat, and got approved and received the money with few days. I just had another cat in ER few weeks ago. Got my money within a week. Having Pet Insurance is great, so you never had to make the decision on putting your lovely pet down or spending thousand at animal hospital. I would just give the best to my pets. I would totally recommend this Pets Best to pet owners.

We decided to adopt TWO older Golden Retrievers that had been together their whole lives and were 8 & 10 yrs old and given up to the Humane Society. When we looked into insurance for older dogs we found that Healthy Paws not only would cover them but had the best plan. Even though there were some pre-existing conditions that understandable couldn't be covered, and our 8 yr. male died of cancer after only 4 mos., we have been very well covered for the subsequent issues that have developed with the older female. It has made caring for aging and older adopted pet so much more possible. We have NO concern or hesitation in taking her into her doctor. It has helped her to have a healthy, happy second life.

As a senior on a limited income, it was a big deal to add the expense of pet insurance but I considered it to be "peace of mind". About 6 months after I got the insurance, my dog got really sick unexpectedly. Without this insurance, I would have been in real trouble. The people at Healthy Paws processed my claims quickly and the checks arrived before my credit card bills did. The claims process was so easy I could just take a picture of the bill with my phone and send it. With the stress of having a very sick dog, having an easy claims process was a real bonus. I have recommended Healthy Paws to my friends and family and I will buy insurance from them much earlier some day when I have another pet. My dog is doing very well and I am sure he got the best possible care. Healthy Paws was a major factor in providing coverage for what he needed to get better. I am very grateful!!

Fortunately not too much has happened with my Cattle Dog. But we found out that he has arthritis in his front elbows. :-( A bit of a blow for us as his absolute favorite thing in the world is playing fetch. However, through the diagnosis and treatment Healthy Paws has been very supportive. The folks there have been very friendly and informative. Claims were handled very fast. They seem to really care about my boys health.

This is the second time this year, our terrior Ralph had surgery, first for a hernia repair and just a week ago for patellar subluxation repair. I am so pleased with Healthy Paws. After I file the claim, I got the check within a week. I have the $250 deductible and pay 20% and it works out very well. I love the personal touch I get from their nice emails checking on my pup. I believe they truly care! I was told they all used to work in a Veterinary office, but when working for Healthy Paws they have no contact with the animals and miss it. So I send pictures of my babies to them and they are very happy to get them. I would recommend them to anyone, and I do to my friends. I'm very happy with them!

I purchased insurance for my 8 year old Chihuahua, Cobe, from Healthy Paws last year after tons of great word-of-mouth reviews and endorsements. When I finally did have to use his coverage after a nasty dog attack, I was not disappointed. Everyone I emailed with was kind and had sweet things to say to Cobe in his recovery. They all made the process easier and took the worry away while I was carrying for my wounded pup. The check came quickly and they even cover his hydrotherapy! I also think it's great that the annual deductible is rolling rather than on a calendar year. Kudos to you Healthy Paws!

The claim was handled in a timely manner and they reimbursed us for our expenses according to the insurance agreement. We had to worry about our dog a lot but at least we were not burdened by huge vet bills on top of it thank to having insurance.
