This company is amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about them. First off, my dog got sick and had to go to the vet multiple days in a row. So I had a lot of claims all at once. I was able to track the progression of my claims online. As well as being updated via e-mail when claim went to the next level/step. I always knew what was going on with the claim. When everything was complete they e-mailed me confirming that I had received the checks without any issues (At that point I wasn't on direct deposit). They have always been helpful and professional. Embrace goes above and beyond what any insurance company has ever done for me and its wonderful! Embrace caught an accounting error and corrected it and informed me of it even before I was aware that my monthly payment wasn't correct. Embrace is on top of their game!

Trupanion doesn't cover actual vet visits, but after the deductible was applied, covered 90% of my dog's allergy test and treatments. I've had her covered for other ailments, and have never had any problems dealing with them. Money well spent!

So friendly and so helpful and they process claims FAST. I am so thankful I have Trupanion in my corner right now as my dog is suffering from an unknown neurological syndrome right now and I would never be able to afford the diagnostics or treatment if I didn't know they would be there to cover so much of it.

My dog broke a tooth and it had to be extracted. The Healthy Paws insurance company processed our emailed claim within a week and immediately mailed us an appropriate benefit check.

I've submitted several claims for my dog with Healthy Paws, and they have always been responsive and helpful in a timely manner. I did thorough research on pet insurance companies before deciding to go with Healthy Paws. They have the best reviews for a reason and I am very pleased with this company!

I've never purchased pet insurance before, but after $10K+ in vet bills for my cat, I changed my tune. My sister researched insurance, and suggested Healthy Paws as the best out there. And they are! The policy is clearly written, so you know what is covered and what is not. And if you get confused, as I sometimes do, the Healthy Paws team is quick and responsive; answering questions and providing clear explanations. The coverage is great; after deductible and not-covered exam fees, my policy covers 90%, no fuss. Claims are handled with exceptional speed! Our 5-year old pup DJ recently had a significant laceration on her hind leg. Luckily, it looked worse than it turned out to be, but it has been a tough couple of weeks. I can say that during the 30 minutes or so of panic, and several hours in emergency services, we never once worried about the bill, because of Healthy Paws insurance. This morning I received a un-looked for a very sweet follow-up email from Healthy Paws. I see from other reviews it is a standard practice, which I think is wonderful, and shows great customer service! They'd already mailed the reimbursement check within a few days of the claim being filed, but were just checking up to see how DJ was doing. I'm very appreciative of the responsiveness, and genuine caring attitude of Healthy Paws! I had my pup in the emergency vet for a bite wound to his ear on a Sunday. I filed a claim and faxed over the invoices the following week and within 4 days I had a response that not only was the check in the mail but they also followed up to see how he was doing. I really appreciated the care, concern and compassion I received from them!

We have owned Healthy Paws on our 2 1/2 yr old golden doodle for a year and a half. We have made 2 c laims in that time perios and have been very pleased with their service, easy claims process and quick payments. Recently, our dog had a growth removed from her nose. I uploaded my receipts late one evening, and the claim was paid the next day. (Thankfully, her growth was benign). We have had two follow up messages from HP asking about Keely's progress. Such warm and caring people! I highly recommend this pet insurance to anyone considering purchasing insurance for their pet. We are considering gifting this insurance to our granddaughter, who just got out of college and would not be able to afford expensive surgery or emergencies for her Aussie.
