Will enroll again!

You helped to make my dog's passing a little easier, at least on the financial end. I am currently visiting shelters to find her successor and spoil him/her rotten. I will most certainly enroll my new "baby" in your insurance program!

Horrible Customer Service

I can't tell you how unhappy I am with this insurance company. The customer service here is horrible. One rep tells you one thing and another one something else. I find myself calling at least three times for each claim than I should have. The website is not user friendly and not clear. My last experience was when I put in for a claim for the dog's medication. Was sent an email to show proof of the receipt and the name of the medication. Did that. When I saw it was still pending I called and they wanted to know why was he given medication and I told them they had to link it to the diagnosis report. They did that then I get an email stating it was not part of my coverage. You think they would tell me that in the beginning instead of making me go through all of that. If my pet did not have an existing condition I would have dropped this coverage a long time ago.

I am so happy I have my dog insured with ASPCA

It has been about 3 years now that I have my dog Lilly insured with ASPCA. She gets a lot of ear infections and this year she was hit by a car and her paw was fractured. ASPCA not only reimbursed me in the amount specified on my plan, but called several times to see how Lilly was doing. I love that when you call them, your account is brought up right away with your telephone number and that you can talk to a live, knowledgeable, and caring customer service agent. I highly recommend ASPCA as a pet insurance company.

Embrace made the difference in Emmie’s life

I rescued Emmie in October of 2013 (approximately 8 months old) and she has been embraced since her foster fail adoption in Jan 2014. Throughout the years Emmie has been living the life, she went to doggy camp, she slept in the sunshine as it came through the windows of the house, she had pillows and blankets that made it even more comfy, she had playdates and sleep overs and was able to run off leash during hikes in the area and be free. In July 2017 she was seen for the first time “abdominal problems” had testing done and began to get better better... no issues. In September she started with other symptoms and this time she required surgery which she recovered from... testing was negative for cancer so we continued with her treatments and care. In October she continued to be seen in the Vet and the speciality hospital as she just wasn’t getting better. Testing continued to not show anything definitive. In November 2017 she was seen again and this time she had a repeat biopsy which had grown and additional areas were now suspicious..... this happened in less than three weeks. This time it was cancer.... and the morning of this visit she let me know with her eyes that she was tired and it was time. I let my Emmie go peacefully that day. It was painful then and is still painful now.... but I know the right decision was made. Embrace Insurance took away that financial strain that would added to these last few months. They paid over $7,100 and allowed me the opportunity to make decisions for Emmie. This was the first year I needed to claim anything but it was there when I needed it. Thank you!

The Process To File A Claim Is So...

The process to file a claim is so easy. I just upload the invoice from the vet and PetsBest does the rest. I get a notification of what is covered and how much. If something is not covered, there is a very clear explanation of why it is not covered and then they provide an option for me to upgrade my insurance if I want to include that for next time. Thank you.

Fabulous Coverage

The policy is easily understood, coverage is better than human health insurance. When calling in associates are attentive and friendly. Turn around time on claims is quick and submitting is simple. I have 3 pets on the plan one constantly ill, the others healthy but you just never know, would not hesitate to highly recommend

Best Decision

Purchasing insurance through Trupanion was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve unfortunately needed to use the insurance recently. While on my honeymoon, my Great Dane, Corzo, developed a septic infection in her wrist joint. The infection quickly spread and she needed to be admitted into an animal hospital. Needless to say it was a very expensive condition. When the hospital heard that she had a Trupanion policy they informed me they are the only insurance they accept direct payments from. The ease of submitting claims and the speed you pay on them is incredible. Without question the best customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve needed to call in on a handful of occasions and every people I’ve spoken with have been stellar. My questions have been answered clearly and I have never been left feeling confused. Insurance is always a frustrating process. From the unclear language, difficult claims process, and unhelpful customer service representatives. You guys are the polar opposite of what I have come to expect from an insurance company. Thank you!!

Embrace is exceeding expectations!

Definitely love Embrace Pet Insurance! I love the ability to have a “health savings account” in the form of their Wellness Rewards. Other companies that offer wellness only cover a certain amount per item. Embrace lets you use all of your wellness as you see fit. Claims have been processed quickly. Super easy to scan the paperwork and upload. They’ve been great the number of times I’ve called with questions.
