Best Insurance
Excellent service as usual
Thank you Embrace for continuing to cover the treatment for my Sasha. Without your support I dont know how we could have afford the best treatment after she had the kidney failure. She is herself again after 6 long months of intensive treatment.
Embrace was an amazing help - claim submission it's easy, processing time is short and we never had surprises about coverage and what they say they'll cover, they did!

Great Service FAST claims process
I recommend Trupanion to all of my friends. Extremely easy to submit a claim. Fast processing. You get reimbursed within days. I tell my friends you never want to make a decision about your beloved pets health care based on finances. With Trupanion you have peace of mind that your pet is covered. Thank you for everything you do. My cat's illness would have been so stressful otherwise.

Trupanion HAS COME THROUGH!
I was a procrastinator, I wasn't sure that our insurance would or could come through for us and our girl, but Trupanion HAS COME THROUGH!!...and in a big way!....Our dear black lab has been a hard luck girl, we rescued her at 5 and have given her our love, our hearts and our very lives. She is sweet and wonderful and growing older now, so thanks to Trupanion and the wonderful staff, we will be able to further her care and keep her happy and safe for the rest of her life. Trupanion was there for us
My furbaby was rushed to an emergency animal hospital due to a "bad heart." In all of the emotional turmoil and concern, Trupanion was there to help us through. We received an estimate of ~$7,600 and we weren't sure if we could afford his treatment. Luckily, Trupanion provided us with a pre-approval and took the financial burden off of us so we could concentrate on the wellbeing of our Golden.

It Was Super Easy To Submit The C...
It was super easy to submit the claim online for starters, I was informed along the road of evaluating my claim, it only took 1 week turn around time for a decision to be made about my claim & it took less than a week for my reimbursement to be automatically deposited into my account. I will never change pet insurance carriers & love Pets Best! Thank you!
