Brought my cat in for an annual wellness exam. This was after I made the wise choice to add wellness points to her insurance policy. The charge for the veterinary services was covered after I filed a wellness claim with Embrace, and they said my reimbursement check is on its way. So glad they could help me pay my "bill."

You have taken good care of my dogs
For fourteen years you have taken good care of my dogs. You have always been prompt and fair in your settlements. I feel my dogs have been healthier and happier because I did not have to worry that should they have a major illness I could not take care of them.

Very happy with the claims process
I have been very happy with the claims process. The only thing that would make it easier would be to allow filing from my Samsung phone. Because of my positive experiences I have told many people about Pets best.

Ease of Claims Processing
The company is incredible with the ease of processing claims. You can start a claim via the mobile app or online. It’s very intuitive and the processing usually takes about a week (business days). Full receipts with detailed information can be found in an email with an attached pdf. They actually reimbursed me more than what I thought they were going to which was really nice to see!

Excellent Service!
ASPCA has provided excellent service and it has been a great investment for us as new dog owners. Our 8 month old Goldendoodle puppy recently developed a stomach bug and became dehydrated. Because it happened over a weekend, so we had to go to a veterinary hospital for urgent care, with follow up treatment from our veterinarian. We were extremely pleased that ASPCA covered the majority of the cost of X-rays, rehydration, and associated treatment. It's very easy to submit and track claims on the ASPCA web site, and claims processing has been very prompt. We are extremely satisfied customers!

Painless!
The process was extremely painless and quick. With in a week I had my reimbursement. Did it right on the app, even was able to submit documents via the app by taking quick pics of the transactions. Highly recommend this to any pretty owner. It's worth the pieces of mind! 👍

Easier than I could have ever dreamt!
Submitting my first claim was easier than I could have ever dreamt! I simply uploaded a picture of the itemized receipt, then I was paid via direct deposit less than two weeks later. I am definitely a fan.
