I have had Pets Best insurance for several years- luckily not need it for anything major. However, the claims process is exceedingly easy to do online- with an immediate confirmation of receipt. I have never had an issue with my claims, other than accidentally filing things not covered by my chosen plan! I have suggested this service to many.

I have used Pet's Best for years, but rarely every filed a claim. With Murphy developing cancer, I had concern about receiving payments timely or having some items covered. They have approved everything, and are ALWAYS faster than their estimated time to pay. When I do have questions, the staff on the end of the line is always very compassionate and helpful. Pets Best offers excellent pet insurance coverage and service. To file claims through their app is quick, easy and simple. They keep you posted on your claim status and the refunds are done promptly. They offer excellent customer service and support as well.

As our dog has aged (12) his issues seem harder for me to assign diagnoses on the claim forms. Pets Best has contacted my vet for clarification prior to processing the claim. The process is usually swift and EOB clear.

I rescued my dog as a senior doggie and am so glad I signed up for Pets Best for her vet insurance right after adopting her. I bought the $1,000 deductible with unlimited coverage for all accidental and illness. When submitting claims to Pets Best, I have been proactive about reaching out to my pet's medical care provider to receive a copy myself and to upload my pet's medical documentation (SOAP notes, discharge instructions etc) invoices, proof of payment, etc to the Pets Best portal. Doing all this has allowed me to get my claims processed faster and sooner than the reported expected wait time. It really has taken off the stress of financial cost when it comes to getting my dog the care she needs, especially when she recently got diagnosed with cancer."

You can take care of your animal so well and they can be in the best shape and then all of a sundden accident/injury happens. I feel so blessed to have a great insurance provider with PetsPlusUs. They helped me get my dog the surgery she needed so desperately.

Claims are processed quickly and fairly, based on level of insurance purchased.. It is easy to post claims online and funds are sent to customer bank account via direct deposit. The company responds to claims and any questions quickly. Customer service is a strength for this company. A+ for customer service.
