Though we appreciate the” help “(which over time we have paid for in premiums anyway. Now you turn around and jack up our premium $40 a month. So, it’s more like a savings account that you make the interest on. Maybe not the best plan.

Great insurance but my premium has almost doubled in price for next year.
The insurance is wonderful, but my policy Premium has almost doubled in price for next year. They rate the price yearly and that rate doesn’t change until next year. I’ll keep the insurance until I find something comparable with a more reasonable rate.

Very prompt claims handling!
Tiffy had several claims pertaining to an ear infection. Applying for the coverage was not difficult and claims processing was superior.

Outstanding coverage and customer service
I have been extremely pleased with the covered expenses for the care of Kenzie over the past year, the accurate information always provided by the customer representatives in a professional and caring manner, and the ease of processing claims and receiving reimbursement. As a retiree I was surprised by the big increase in premium for my second year and hope that won't happen each year in the future.

It's such a good feeling to know when we have to take Gypsy in to the vet for her variety of illnesses over this past year that we have Nationwide insurance.. Our vet is excellent but also expensive. If it weren't for our insurance I'm not sure how we would be able to pay them.
