Because of this COVID nightmare I had to drive (not fly) a 2 day trip to bring him home and while on that trip I neglected to make the phone call to activate the offer which needed to be done within 24 hours of picking him up. When I did call your agent was very knowledgeable and professional and offered to give me a call on the day of the puppy’s first veterinarian appointment — which would also activate the offer. Of course the 30 day discount offer isn’t the REASON I signed up or would recommend you. Rather, I deal with insurance A LOT, auto, home, health, whole nine yards. It is ALWAYS a major pain in the neck and a lot of work on my end. Tons of paperwork and records I have to retrieve and submit. With you guys I dealt with NONE of that. Your agent politely and quickly took care of all of it. His questions required me to look nothing up. All I had to do was answer the phone and give the payment information. I’d recommend you to everyone I know.

Reimbursement is quick and can be by direct deposit or check. Gracie has had some health problems and requires on-going medications and has had two fairly major surgeries. Related claim processing has been very easy and satisfying..
