Fast claims payment, direct deposit of checks to account. Excellent phone support and ease of filing claims. Would be a 10 but Trupanion no longer pay for heartworm tests at yearly checkup.

Taking care of Ellis.
Recently Ellis became very lethargic and after a visit to the vet it was determined he had a UTI. He is now recovered and doing well.
I submitted the claim to Nationwide for review. The claim was paid in good time and electronically deposited to my account.

Best claims service and easy to work with.
Claims service was great. The only thing is that it takes about a month receive payment. However, I do like that it was deposited into my account.

Pets Best takes care of claims.
My poor cat Lambchop has been struggling with a UTI that was not resolved with initial antibiotics. As a result, she had to go back for a culture and more medicine. In addition, my cat Lilli was injured in some way, and had to be treated for a puncture wound in her leg. Pets Best took care of both claims.

Trupanion is the best pet health insurance option! When Kitty was diagnosed with diabetes, Trupanion was there to help guide us through the process, explain our coverage, and support us through the whole ordeal.
