I just took the ASPCA out last July. My 4.5 yr old Tuxedo male, Max, was severely injured having the hip ball completely dislocated outside the ball of the hip and pressing against his pelvic bone. He was in incredible pain. Bottom line: specialist surgery. I never would have been able to cover these costs without this insurance. I did not know what it would pay and they stepped up grandly and were also so caring and concerned over what I was going thru as well as Max. Thank you.

I've got all of my pets on Embrace policies and have always been very satisfied with the service Embrace provides. It seems they are constantly striving to keep their website up-to-date in order to streamline the claims process. I believe that their customer service is second to none. I'm certain you could find a less expensive policy out there but I, for one, would prefer knowing I can count on my insurer to be there in a time of need.

Healthy Paws has been the best investment in our pet’s health we've made! Our sweet 2 year old lab-pit mix rescue has terrible skin allergies and has needed several medications and tests, all of which have been covered no problem. Maintenance health issues have been made more affordable through Healthy Paws, but the real wow factor came when our dog ate several non-edible products and had to have extensive stomach and intestinal surgery, which would have cost us several thousand dollars. Healthy Paws not only covered almost all of it, but they were available Saturday evening to discuss claims and followed up with us via email to make sure our pup was healing well. We'll never have another pet and not use Healthy Paws!

I insured my pug through Healthy Paws back when she was 4 months old. She just turned two. We've filed a few minor claims and always been reimbursed pretty quickly. I filed our claim with the hopes that at least part of it would fall under our 90% plan. All of it other than the exam fee was covered and we received an emailing saying that a check for $1450.00 would be mailed out within 10 days. I was thrilled and relieved that her healthcare costs didn't have to be something to worry about while she recovered. We could just concentrate on our baby!

Caesar is a 7 year old pug and when I wanted to get him insured last year, I browsed through the internet to compare all the insurance companies and finally decided to go with HealthyPaws. And I'm so glad I made the perfect decision. Recently he started developing cataract on one of his eyes and the quote from the Ophthalmologist was close to $2700. Though we were told that he can manage pretty well with his other eye for the rest of his life, I was bit concerned about his quality of life and checked with HealthyPaws. Their response was very encouraging and hence we went ahead with the surgery. The claim was processed within 3 days and my net out of pocket expense got drastically reduced to $500. Caesar is doing great now thanks to HealthyPaws backing us every moment. The whole experience was so simple and hassle-free and I would sure recommend HealthyPaws for anyone who love their pets. I am so glad we opted to get coverage for our dogs through Embrace. The customer service and claim payments are excellent.

My English Labrador Retriever needed to have TPLO surgery since he partially tore his ACL. My normal vet referred me to a specialty veterinary hospital for the TPLO surgery. The Specialty hospital Dr provided me with his written prognosis and that my dog needed TPLO surgery. I submitted the Drs notes along with my invoices I paid and within 2 weeks VPI paid all but $134.00 of a $3000.00 procedure. I also took my dog to rehab at the specialty hospital once a week that cost $60 per visit and VPI reimbursed me for the rehab as well. I have had VPI since I got Brody when he was 7 weeks old and they have always been great with payments and explanations.

I was very surprised how helpful and expedient their service and payment of claims were for my puppies surgery.
