Doing the right thing
Embrace has never argued with me- they just apply the rules and then pay or don't pay accordingly. I have experienced good results with them paying for various illnesses with my dogs and will continue to use their service for any future pets. I just had a big expense with one dog's intestinal problems and they sent me a check for $1,300+.

fantastic company and staff
I bought accident insurance just in case something were to happen to my dog. Unfortunately, Sadie tore her ACL and had to have surgery to fix it. Thankfully, ASPCA Pet Insurance came through for us and covered a large portion of her expenses. I am so grateful to them and would highly recommend them to anyone who has pets.

So Easy!
Embrace has been insuring Miles, our goldendoodle for the last year - and thank goodness they have! Miles swallowed a whole tennis ball and needed surgery to remove it. Embrace was easy to work with and the payment was so prompt too.

Wish my health insurance as easy as Health Paws
After losing our last dog to cancer, we knew that if we had another pet that we would insure him. Thankfully, we've only had a few smaller incidents with our Havanese. But, we all know how quickly the vet bill adds up. Healthy Paws has been a great insurance for our needs - major medical basically. Filing an online claim is easy and efficient. They accept a jpeg copy of the vet invoice and medical records. Once filed, I hear from them within a week to let me know the file being reviewed. And best yet, they handle cases quickly and send reimbursement with a few weeks. Sure wish my health insurance this efficient! So happy I got this insurance so that treatment plan is easier to handle financially.

Pet health insurance
Have several dogs over the years spent lots of money keeping them healthy - did not know about insurance!
Trupanion has saved me a lot of money - it was easy - Vet keeps their claims form on my account in their computer.
Every visit they complete the form I sign it and the claim is filed! Could not be any easier!

Hard to get claims paid
My cat had surgery to remove two teeth that were receding into the jaw bone. This is common with cats and results from damage to the root of the tooth after the gums recede for any reason. My cat also had her teeth cleaned along with the tooth removal. Embrace initially denied my claim because they said it was wellness only as a teeth cleaning. I appealed and didn't receive a response within the time frame they gave me so I called them to check on it. The representative I spoke to said that they had the response ready and it was sending soon. She said the response was a denial of my appeal because it was dental related and thus excluded. So I reduced my coverage to the minimums so o didn't forfeit my wellness balance. I got a notice the next day that they had someone review the outcome of my appeal and that they would cover the surgery, but now my deductible was $1000 because I reduced my coverage the day before so they only covered a small portion. It seems clear to me that they have a policy of denying or delaying large claims until the customer really pushes back.

Life saving insurance!
I have had ASPCA insurance since my dog, Maggie, was a puppy. I signed her up because she kept getting digestive issues while drinking water every where we walked. I chose ASPCA because it was a company that had been around for a long time and offered insurance even when the dog was a senior. I donate to the local ASPCA shelter and I truly believe this company cares about pets! My dog got seriously hurt in October by falling in a hole. She needed intense surgery. She has been operated on and is healing very well. Her bill was expensive and ASPCA Pet insurance made it possible for this six year old dog to live a quality life. My vet has ASPCA pamphlets on the reception desk. I pick them up and hand them out because this insurance company has been so good to us! I would recommend them to anyone!
