Embrace is amazing!

I submitted a number of claims for both of my dogs to Embrace on Feb 9th and 10th via fax. Today, Feb 16th, I received checks in the mail for covered items! That is amazing processing and Customer service! Thank you, Embrace!! Any time I have called with questions, they were extremely courteous and helpful.

Our claim was quick and easy

Our dog needed an MRI and after sending in the receipts, ASPCA quickly paid our claim. Seemed pretty easy to me. I only wish they had higher limits and coverage for conservative management options, instead of only surgery for ACL tears.

My claim was handled very fast and with ease

My little Luna got terribly sick with an autoimmune disease that had her completely debilitated. She could not walk, we had to carry and hold her while she was having a bowl movement. She was sick for almost 2 months. She is doing great now. We are so thankful that we had insurance for her and ASPCA insurance co. was just great. We send all our medical and prescriptions and with no delays they started working on it and reimbursed us for 90% of our expenses. It is amazing how easy the process was.

Great Company

I bought pet insurance on the advice of a friend. I had no idea I would ever need it. I am so glad I bought it and so glad I chose Healthy Paws. The company has been beyond easy to work with. It is easy to submit claims, I get a check in less than a week and they pay for everything they say they will. My doberman began showing signs of Wobblers syndrome a year ago and he began frequent trips to the water treadmill and acupuncturist to try and preserve as much function as possible. But unfortunately he progressed. Most recently Remington had major surgery to relieve pressure on his spinal cord and he is doing fantastic. Healthy Paws paid 80% of all of his rehab treatments for over a year, and then 80% of his surgery including everything involved in 4 days in the Neuro ICU. I was quickly losing my boy and the surgery has given him his life back. Within a week of surgery I had a $5,700 check in the mail box. I could never have afforded such fabulous care without insurance. I tell anyone who will listen to buy Healthy Paws now! They will be so so glad they did!

Piece of mine

My baby was cut during a grooming appointment. The cut got infected and had to take him to the Vet. I was so upset that this had happen and that the grooming ended up costing me over $100.00. I was so thankful that I had decided to take the insurance. My claim was handled in a timely manner. I would recommend to any of pet owner friends

Excellent service and glad I chose Embrace

I am a first time user of pet insurance and I researched a few companies and selected Embrace and I am happy with my choice. I am on my second year of service and I haven't had any major mishaps as my 2 cats Eddie and Molly are young but the wellness plan has been helpful as a "Flexible Spending Account" and their coverage for annual visits has also been outstanding. My rescue baby Eddie has an unexplainable anxiety problem which required medication that Embrace of course covered without question. I can't be more pleased.

Nothing but Good Experiences

I have been a customer of VPI/Nationwide since 2008, currently have 2 dogs insured. I feel all of my claims have been handled in a reasonable amount of time 1-2 weeks, and there have been no surprises. After meeting my deductible, VPI paid out the $$ that is listed in the fee schedule. Just like any other insurance company, you have to read the fine print and find out what you are really paying for - what is included, and more importantly, what is excluded.
