We love Trupanion it would be nice if submitting a claim was easier.

Well I would recommend Trupanion to friends and family only if they had a puppy or a kitten. No point buying insurance after your pet has had any illness. I feel like we pay only to be denied coverage, because your company says it was a pre existing condition.
