Glad I got this Insurance
This was a simple prescription for car sickness as it's that time of year. I was impressed how earlier claims were handled for Kelly's leg problem. I am very glad I got this Insurance and recommend it to all friends and family.

Excellent

One less worry

Easier to deal with than personal insurance
Past claims have been processed in 5 days, this one took several weeks. I hope changing to Synchrony hasn't been a detriment to your company. I love the ease of filing a claim simply by uploading a screen shot of my bill. I also love direct deposit of the reimbursement. You are easier to deal with than any of my personal insurance

The claim was so easy!
The claim was so easy to place! It was awesome that I was able to be reimbursed for my dogs routine care. It was his two year check up: blood work, stool sample, two shots, flea meds, and heart-worm meds! I received full benefits for everything my dog had done! So for a $380 vet visit I received $234 back! This was extremely helpful and worth the monthly payments!

Great company but I wish more of the heart worm, flea and tick meds were covered. Great otherwise. I am a repeat customer!

The coverage is excellent. The claims process is simple and efficient. When I have called to ask a question the associates have always been helpful and kind.

I have found the whole claim process to be very easy and efficient.
I have found Nationwide to be very responsive. The claim process has been very easy and efficient. My most expensive claim was for $3000 plus and at that point they requested my baby's medical records. I did submit them. It took a little bit longer to process this claim but not an excessive amount of time. I have been very happy with Nationwide.
