Having 3 German Shepherds and 2 more in the past, vet bills can add up quickly.The ASPCA Pet Insurance gives us piece of mind when the bills start coming in. Claims are easy to file, the personal are very accommodating and the reimbursement checks are timely.

We have encouraged several friends to check with Embrace for pet insurance. We got our coverage when both of our kids had several years on them. We really didn't expect the older guy to need it. It was the younger one who had all the injuries when he was found. But they have both needed more medical attention than we thought was possible and Embrace has been there for us every single time!!! Even when there was a doubt about the coverage, Embrace went out of their way to try to get the necessary information from the vet before contacting us to tell us that they were stuck. Once they had the correct information, things were wrapped up. We love Embrace!!!

Their policy is exactly as advertised and their claims are paid in a timely manner. They follow up with phone calls checking on your pet and are truly sincere. I picked Healthy Paws after extensive research a couple years ago. My cat had some very major medical issues that were costly, and I hoped to avoid such costs in the future. After two years, I have been very happy. They were reasonable about assessing preexisting conditions and have responded to claims appropriately and quickly. The monthly cost has been reasonable and very worth it for us. We appreciate the peace of mind of knowing that major issues would be covered in the future, and that we can prioritize care over cost.

I was very pleased because all claims have been paid promptly. This will be my 2nd year of coverage. Only negative so far is that the premiums went up for both Wellness and Illness after the first year Hopefully this isn't an indication of increases in future years.

Embrace is a great company. They approve claims quickly and pay quickly, and the cover 80 percent of the cost of the treatment, which is great. They cover alternative treatments too, which I value greatly. Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic. It's a big help.

Great monthly price for awesome insurance. When we had to make a claim it was so easy and it was handled quickly, with everything we expected to be cover being covered.
