Payment for heart condition
Payment is always made within a day or two after claim is received. Have not had any reason to question how much was paid. Very pleased with Trupanion.

Glad we have insurance on Lily.
Currently insurance policy for Lily is expensive but besides that once we reach our 250.00 det then we get back 90% of claim.
I did recommend Nationwide to my son & daughter-in-law Nicolas L. Alexander for there puppy Ruby). Less than a year old.

My dog had to have surgery for obstruction. We had no worries since we had Healthy Paws insurance. I was reimbursed very quickly. Thanks to Healthy Paws it made the decisions so much easier knowing my best pup was covered.

Comprehensive coverage, easy & fast claims process
My dog recently had multiple visits to the vet within a 2-week period. Thankfully, he has recovered. It was a relief not to have to worry about the cost of vet care while he was sick. Nationwide paid the claims (minus the deductible) within a few days!

Very happy!
Understandably it’s a little expensive. That being said so far I have been very happy with my plan. I think this is my forth or fifth year with this policy. Claims are always handled fast and easily. Very happy overall!
