Jessica from Trupanion was angel in a storm when my cat, Sebastian, turned ill recently. She was kind and patient and helped me understand how to get my claims filed quickly and without frustration. She genuinely cared about my baby and followed up with everything I needed to submit my claims correctly. The bonus - Trupanion processed it immediately and paid for everything they said they would. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. In a world of false advertising and pitiful customer service, Trupanion is a shining light!

I honestly didn't think I called Trupanion the 1st date happen.. But I was still caught up with what was going on in to get my dog admitted they needed for me to pay $954 before they can start.. got mad at my vet for that... But then I let it go because all I wanted was my dog to be OK.... Some just hoping that this time around with you guys be as great as the 1st time
