A Blessing
I have been a dog owner for many years but this is the first time I got insurance for my baby and it has been a wonderful experience so far. I highly recommend it.

While Tara was so ill it was a very difficult time and the costs were mounting up rapidly.
While Tara was so ill it was a very difficult time and the costs were mounting up rapidly. Thankfully when Tara was a puppy I took out her Trupanion insurance and it was great to know that the majority of the expense is being covered.

Great people and very responsible! Thanks! After a hit by car my dog “Bruno” survived and all payments responsibility paid in time. Our family are totally convinced without insurance wouldn’t be possible to save Bruno’s life, one year old I thought never happened to my dog but unfortunately did happen.

We were having a snow storm at the time of our call.
We were having a snow storm at the time of our call. It actually began to thunder during our phone call. My dogs really freaked out & I could not hear a thing. Linzie was so patient because it took me several minutes to calm them down.

Renee was extremely knowledge about the subject we were discussing.
Renee was extremely knowledge about the subject we were discussing. It was regarding a claim. The way the invoice came from the vet was very confusing. So I wanted to give someone a head's up of what they should be expecting when I sent the claim over. She assured me she would make a note of what we discussed so when the claim came in it would be easier for the adjuster to review and understand. Overall Renee was great and Trupanion has been great in stepping up to every "ballgame" so to speak.
