I adopted Mango and 3 weeks later he got into some sugarless gum, which is very toxic to dogs. I took him to the emergency clinic and was told he needed hospitalization, liver support, and blood glucose monitoring round the clock. He stayed 2 days and thankfully surprised everyone when he recovered. If it weren't for having trupanion I wouldn't have been able to afford his care. They saved Mango's life!

This isn't my first review of Pet's Best, but I am so very pleased with their continued customer service and caring ways. I've had my policy since 2011 and only just recently needed it for a dog with a chronic, sometimes very fatal illness. Every single claim is uploaded with veterinary discharge instructions and explanation via their easy to use online portal and every single one has been paid without question or delay (now totaling over $6800). Any questions I have along the way are answered with one phone call placed to their 800# and are always quickly answered and fielded by a courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate agent on the other end of the line. The coverages are fair and their site is easy to use and navigate. I'll always be a loyal customer and I continue to rave about Pet's Best to anyone who will listen!!

My 16 yr old cat was rushed to the emergency vet as she was unresponsive. Once she was stabilized, and it was determined she was suffering from severe hypoglycemia among some other underlying issues, she was hospitalized for a number of days. Although I knew the costs were adding up quickly, I didn't have to worry because of Embrace. I was able to focus my mind on what mattered most: getting my cat back to normal. Embrace ended up covering 80% of my $1,800 bill. I couldn't be more grateful!

Never again will we be without pet insurance, and Embrace will be our company. We have 4 dachshunds, and we know historcally they have the potential for serious back problems. Since we have had dachshunds w/ back issues in the past, we decided to insure the younger 3, since they had no prior issues. Not three weeks after their orthopedic was cleared, our youngest ruptured a disc and had to have surgery. I don't know what decision we would have made w/o the insurance. Embrace saved our girl! My 8 year old female papillon, Ava, lost hind limb control due a ruptured disc. She has been my service animal & my life line for 8 years and I was devastated by the news. Fortunately, I had a credit card reserved for her in the event of emergencies & I had Embrace Pet Insurance, & those 2 things were what brought me comfort on the worst day ever because I could say to the surgeons "do whatever you need to do to make her better," and trust that Embrace would be there for us in the end, and they were. When the results of the claim came back (in less than 2 weeks) they covered everything I hoped and prayed that they would and I can now truly relax and focus on my baby's recovery. I am beyond grateful to Embrace Insurance and all that did. I especially appreciate their customer support and compassion for Ava - everyone I talked to only cared about how she was doing and recovering. They have been a Godsend to me at the most difficult time and I couldn't ask for more from an insurance company.

We would sign up the entire family!Policy guidelines are simple and straightforward. Embrace customer service are professional & polite. We chose Embrace upon receiving our 8 wk old/Yorkie, electing to take advantage of both the Wellness and Medical coverage programs. Though I was skeptical at first, one of the Embrace agents 'strongly suggested' that we have our puppy 'pre-authorized' with his medical history. Great advice and we did it! Now he is 6 months and has been already treated for gastritis & fire ant bites. Embrace Policy has more than paid for the premium.

I have embrace insurance on both my babies. We didn't use a pet insurance the first few months of our older dog, and he just picked up so many bugs from being so curious about everything! We paid a lot of money out of pocket prior to using embrace. When we adopted our younger dog a few months ago, we got embrace for him as well, and it was totally worth it. He picked up a few bugs himself, so we got all of those vet visits covered! The claims process is easy, and we received our refund check in about a week from filing the claim. I highly recommend, because it just gives you peace of mind when caring about your little furry loved ones!

I just want to let everyone know, that I was skeptical about purchasing my pet insurance through Embrace. I researched and researched for days for the best. I just happened to come across Embrace since I have Geico. From the very first login experience to my first claim, I am over the moon with how well Embrace has taken care of me and Jelly. The website is awesome and so friendly to use. Their customer service both phone and by email are extremely customer service oriented, and now a days that's hard to find with any company. I love that I can track everything online but still be able to call if I need to speak to someone. The plans are affordable, especially since you can decide on whats best for you and your pet. Keep up the great work Embrace!
