Good coverage
You never know how good an insurance company is until you need them. I have been happy with our experience with Embrace. Our Max has Addison's Disease and Embrace has covered 80% of our vet bills. He will be on medication for the rest of his life, so far so good, and of course I am so glad I got pet insurance. The customer service team has been really super. We will see how much our premium goes up as time goes by..again you don't know.

Trupanion reps are friendly, professional
Nikki did fine. The problem lies with my vet, who seems to be taking quite a long time to provide requested info that Trupanion needs in order to process my claim. Trupanion reps are friendly, professional and always ask about my Dallas, who is having medical issues.

Back to back surgeries fi
Highly recommend! My Lab was extremely sick and it was due to a stomach blockage (he ate a sock!). He needed immediate surgery! When they took x rays they found a dark spot on his rib. It was diagnosed as cancer! So my poor lab had to first have stomach surgery for blockage then 3 weeks later part of his rib removed for cancer. You can imagine the bills! I can't say enough about Healthy Paws insurance. They covered EVERYTHING in our plan with no questions asked. They refunded our money extremely quick and made it stress free. Amazing ! Highly recommended!!

Extremely satisfied
We are very happy with our choice of embrace insurance for our 2 dogs. They have covered everything that we contracted to be covered and the reimbursement has been simple and quick.

Embrace is a pleasure to work with.
Buddy was a rescue and tested positive for heart worms. Embrace made the insurance portion of his recovery an easy process. Their website is easily navigated and if you have a question someone will answer your e-mail or phone call in a timely manner.
