Pets Best Pet Insurance had many different options to fit my needs. I selected a 90/10 illness/accident policy since we do not have fleas and heartworm in my area, and I only needed protection for emergent illness/accident. The reasonableness of their monthly premiums allowed me to get higher coverage percentage at a lower rate than other companies' premiums. My pet then became ill and had to see a specialist. Pets Best has honored my policy and paid claims submitted in a quick and timely manner, alleviating some of the stress and burden associated with my pet's illness. You purchase insurance for the unexpected. The times you can’t predict & the unfathomable expenses that come with them. Whether you go to a breeder or a shelter to find your spirit animal, you know that on average what you’re adopting will pass before you. The breed will come with sickness, accidents, routine care, & more. If you’re an animal lover like me you understood this before you signed on to be a caregiver of a such a beautiful spirit, one of God’s creatures. I paid for insurance for my baby for close to 8 years. She had the top of the line package with $30K maximum life, 10% co-pay, & annual coverage of $435 for dental & routine cosmetic care. This cost $135 month. Those who understand how insurance works know the beginning pays for the end, & that’s when you need it most. It’s also the most humane way to share existence with your animal, no different than yourself. Would you ditch your healthcare for a gun to the head because you got hurt? Why should the one you love be any different? Obviously there are exceptions to this, I understand that, but one of the nicest things my mother, another animal lover like me, said in the end was, “you did everything you could do, & that’s more than the majority of pet owners out there.” Crying on the phone that sentiment brought me peace. In under four months I watched $20K vanish from my account & I don’t regret a penny of it. The folks at @embracepetins were the most empathetic team I could have imagined. Yes, I’m talking about an insurance company. They pre-authorized $9K in 45 minutes in the ER for an MRI. Humans can’t do that! To me, my baby should have the same level of care as I do. Before you say economics, I kept her coverage active through multiple tours of unemployment income. That’s not easy. I cut meals, stoped driving, & more just to make sure she was safe. Right now I feel guilty looking at another animal breed online. If I went to a shelter I’d take all of the cats. I’ll own again one day, & Embrace earned a customer for life. After I pass too, because my will is going to require insurance for the animal if they want my shit. You may not agree with these beliefs, that’s ok, we are not dating. ✝️🇺🇸😿

I have an 8 year old dog with diabetes and Trupanion has been so great and very fast to pay his bills , sometimes before o even leave the vets parking lot !! They are really great !!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has proven to me that they care for my fur baby. They process my claims in a timely manner, provide information on the status of my claims, and follow through with questions and concerns about the healing and well being of my doggie. Our beloved Francis received excellent care from Dr. Peters and the staff from Valley Ranch Animal Hospital. Francis was spoiled with much attention and love during his 3 day stay with the staff. Dr. Peters sent 2 daily messages about his status which greatly eased my concerns. Dr. Natasha Reese establishes the most caring and qualified staff for her Veterinarian practices.

Our little dog, who we lovingly call a “goat” decided to eat the leather band on my iWatch. Not only did she have a belly full of leather, she also swallowed some metal connecting pieces. The entire Staff at our wonderful veterinarian office - Creature Comforts Animal Hospital- with special thanks to Veterinarian Dr. Espinosa, and Patient Coordinator Denise- who all went above and beyond ensuring our baby girl had the best care possible, and thank you to Trupanion Pet Insurance for allowing us to care for her needs without financial worry.
