First time for pet insurance and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleased that the process of obtaining insurance and filing a claim was so easy and expedient! I am a very happy customer!

I can’t say enough about how great Nationwide Insurance has been. We have had the insurance since our dog was 6 months old, and we have used the instance many times. Our dog just recently had gallbladder surgery which I was very expensive. Nationwide processed the claim in two weeks. This has been our experience for years ( our dog is 9 years old).

Mazie, a 5-year Labrador retriever, was diagnosed with Immune Mediated Poly Arthritis (IMPA) 8 months ago. It is hard to determine the cause and the appropriate treatment for IMPA, and unfortunately, Mazie has been an especially difficult case. No trigger for the disease has be determined and we have gone through the 4 main drugs typically used to treat IMPA. PetsBest has covered the multiple tests, medications, procedures, and vet visits. It has been difficult to watch Mazie go from healthy and active one day to lame and in pain the next. PetsBest has allowed us to get her the best treatment and has eliminated much of the financial stress. We are so glad we have PetsBest insurance and hope to get Mazie back to good health soon.

We have been Healthy Paws customers since we got our dog back in 2020. Submitting a claim is SO EASY, just submit the itemized invoice with no written explanation required, and they process the claim quickly. We take our checks in the mail, but direct deposit is an option as well if you want reimbursement more quickly. Customer service has been responsive and kind whenever we've needed it. We had one claim that was borderline regarding whether we were covered or not, and while it was initially rejected even the appeal process was convenient and Healthy Paws customer support has been excellent throughout. We would highly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone.

I would highly recommend Healthy Paws pet insurance for every pet owner. Healthy Paws have saved me so much money over the past 5 and a half years. I have three cats that have had numerous claims over this period of time. First of all I highly suggest getting pet insurance the same day you bring a pet into your home. Healthy Paws is very responsive and very quick to reimburse directly into your bank account. They make it so easy to submit a claim and the explanation of benefits are very understandable. I recently had to take my dog to the Emergency ER after hours when he suddenly could not bear any weight on one leg. At the ER I was comfortable saying Yes to whatever diagnostic tests the vet deemed necessary, knowing that I had Lemonade in my corner! Once we were home with a diagnosis, meds and a plan for action, I started my first claim. My claims person was Alicia C. and she made it SO simple!! She even gave me options for how to send my invoice when I goofed up the first time. The whole process was wonderful; I couldn't be more pleased.
