Embrace is so easy to work with. They make the process stress free. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone researching. I can't imagine not having pet insurance. It is the difference between being able to save your pet or not. Too many pet owners are faced with that decision--can they afford to save them if something tragic happens.

Healthy Paws is absolutely awesome. I have a Standard Poodle that had ingested a metal nut. Healthy paws had my claim processed within a couple days with no issues what so ever. My sweet labradoodle recently had a medical issue. Once again my claim was processed with no issues. Customer service is excellent and I feel they truly care about my pet. They have excellent coverage which many companies do not have. I can’t say enough about this company. Without them I would not have been able to give my sweet babies the treatment they needed

I have been with ASPCA 7 months now and sent in several claims. My Bullmastiff had emergency cataract surgery in another state so the cost was not routine.. They processed all claims in a timely matter without questions. I only wish people insurance was as easy to work with.

I had always known I should have pet insurance. The reality of the cost of veterinary services needs to be recognized before you get a pet, and as with people, you do need insurance. ASPCA has been prompt in responding to emails and requests. When my credit card lapsed and the insurance did too without me realising, I immediately contacted ASPCA, and they immediately re-instated, understanding how easily this can happen. All insurance claimed was unforeseeable - attack from coyotes, broken teeth - you never know. I recommend ASPCA pet insurance; and, I hope in turn that this in some way helps all the amazing rescues.

We were informed very quickly (within a day) that the claim was in process. Also, when it was adjudicated I was informed promptly. I understood the process and decisions. We very much appreciated the timeliness and clarity of the claim.

I've been with Embrace since my dog was a puppy and we've been through plenty of scrapes that needed emergency vet. care. Embrace never questions what the vet bills; they pay 90% of the amount charged. They do it promptly and are always kind, caring when I call. This last time it took 3 different vets to troubleshoot all my dog's problems and one claim left diagnosis open- meaning they found nothing wrong for sure, but Embrace still treated it as an illness and paid the claim. 2 vet soon after that diagnosed multiple problems and Embrace paid all 3 bills quickly and fairly.

We have two labs, giant yellow and black. We appreciate your coverage, but wish it covered more. We keep our animals in great shape. Could you please cover standard shots, etc., so we will not need major costs? If a dog is cared for properly major treatments would not be necessary. Same with people. We could use a little more cost assistance. I do tell my friends about you but when they hear about your coverage, they are turned off. Sorry.
