Best Pet Insurance
Very courteous customer service and showed genuine concern for my pets' health. The claims were processed in a timely manner and received reimbursements quickly. I am delighted with HealthyPaws and will recommend them to anyone with pet children. I have the freedom to focus on caring for my pet babies and not be worried about finances. So far, so good!
I signed up with Lemonade for my 3 month old Puppy. I chose the basic accident/illness coverage, plus the wellness package for Puppies. There was a mix up with her name at first, which customer service resolved promptly and easily. I've filed one claim thus far, and that was quick and easy, too. The app is easy to navigate (I'm not super tech savvy), and the coverages are explained in easy-to-understand, straightforward language. My experience with Lemonade has been great thus far!
