Quick claim process and excellent customer service, highly recommend!

I just switched over to Embrace and they are very reasonable and pay what other insurers do but don't charge as high of a monthly fee. I have two dogs so it adds up but its very reasonable monthly fee for both. My dog ended up having Gastroenteritis, it took a few attempts going to the vet to figure it out, running tests and more tests, more medicine so my vet bill was running up, close to $3000.00. Embrace paid around 2400.00 which is what I expected. I'm very impressed. I have recommended Embrace and will continue to do so. Thank you for everything Embrace.

I am very pleased with my choice of Healthy Paws as my dog's insurance provider. At the time I researched I found their rates to be competitive with other providers. I specifically needed a provider that covered the possibility of an ACL injury, as my Labrador is very active and a friend's dog had just suffered an ACL tear. Healthy Paws required a waiting period before they would cover an ACL injury, which was fine with me. But an ACL isn't what got us. Tito was stricken with discospondylitis, an excruciating, infectious condition of one or more spinal discs that spreads into the adjacent vertebrae causing pain and possible permanent disability. Treatment costs would have been easily close to $3000. After the deductible, the policy paid for most of his medications and special diagnostic procedures. Tito is fully recovered. Making claims is very easy with the app, and reimbursements are prompt. I highly recommend!!

Best pet insurance on the market!! Tremendous customer service!!!! Best in the industry!

I took out insurance on my Maltipoo Bella when she was five and I was anticipating retiring so didn't want unexpected costs. Unfortunately Bella has had two torn ACLs and a gall bladder attack since insurance started. Healthy Paws has been wonderful providing prompt reimbursement.

Process them faster! It should not take over a week to process a simple claim. Trupanion processes a claim the same day!

My claim for diagnostics was submitted due to the testing my pet required. No treatment is currently available for my pet. Pet's Best reimbursed me quickly and easily. I am so appreciative for the professionalism of this company. This company made it possible to know what I was dealing with and how to provide my precious pet with the love and support he will continue to need at this stage of his life. Had I not have had Pets Best, I could never have the option of the testing it took to know what I should do and what direction to take.

I have a large Lab/Mastiff mix that began to have muscular and mobility compromise. My almost 12 year old Cockapoo has diabetes, CHF, and arthritis. We have her under her Vet's care. ASPCA has paid a good portion of the expensesAnd we are very satisfied with them.

First time I bout pet insurance and it had been well worth it. Embrace has surprised me with how easy it has been to file claims and get refunded quickly. Never planned on my pet being sick or getting injured but after she tore her ACL Embrace was there to help me with getting her better. Appeals are also pretty easy to file. Highly recommend Embrace. Get it early for your puppy. Never know when an accident may happen.
