I have had this pet insurance for almost a year for my 11 month old Great Dane. Wasn't until this year that he had an injury (bitten by a little dog!) and we had to claim a bunch of vet bills. They reimbursed more than I expected AND made two personal calls to check on Blueberry. I recommend their service and will keep using them!

Embrace is the best! They are very quick claim process and are always very helpful if I ever have any questions.

I have had Embrace on our Mastiff for the last 4 years. Unfortunately he has been plagued with a number of chronic illnesses. Embrace has always been there reimbursing our claims with no issues at all. They are fast and SUPER friendly. We just added our new dog to our policy, fingers crossed we don't have to use the insurance.

We have 3 senior dogs, all now on lifetime medications. Early years we did not utilize our insurance much, but now we are so grateful we joined Pets Best while they were younger and are now able to re-coup 80% of our costs! We appreciate your fast processing and payments as well. Very responsive, pleasant and understanding customer service! Last year we lost our most senior dog and Pets Best was wonderful thru this time. They even sent a sympathy message to us. Shortly after obtaining pet insurance from Healthy Paws, our Labradoodle became very ill. After several trips to the vet, medications, and finally, the emergency clinic, it was determined that he had Addison's disease. Without treatment, he would die. Throughout the week long ordeal, we were in contact with Healthy Paws as our medical costs were quickly mounting. They were calm, reassuring, and encouraging. Their reimbursement payments came quickly and they called to check in on Buster two different times to see how he was feeling. I highly recommend Healthy Paws to any pet owner!

Our dog Bertie was suffering from joint pain. The decision to have full hip replacement surgery was a tough one but he has come through and now leads a happy and active life. Without Embrace it would more than likely not been possible.They were very supportive throughout and prompt with reimbursement of a good portion of the surgery and post-operative care. Would definitely recommend Embrace to all pet owners.

Thank you so much for helping us out! We were at our wits end when poor Maggie developed a staph infection and the group of vets we went to see could not get it under control. The vet bills were mounting and they came back with a quote of over $900 to just biopsy it on top of the hundreds we had already paid. We had to get a second opinion which required surgery at Christmas which is not a time you need extra bills. We were able to remove her infected cyst which was the size of a golf ball! She has been undergoing care to treat the remaining infection in her and is finally starting to heal. She did have 4 more small cysts pop up but they are all healing and shrinking in size - 3 are almost gone! I am hopeful we will not have to surgically remove these as well. Thank goodness for Pets Best because I don"t know what we were going to do."
