Embrace has been great! We love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for pet insurance. We have a puppy and a 9 year old dog. The turn around time for claims is very quick. They have great customer service and are prompt at responding.

This was our second claim (Different Dog) with Embrace. Boomer had a Mast Cell Tumor removed from between his toes. It took a number of office visits for the surgery and bandage changes during the recovery to complete the process. Once all the invoices were filed with Embrace, the claim was approved and paid very quickly. Pet Insurance is a great thing as it takes the monetary decision out of the picture and you can concentrate on your pets heath and life. We have been very satisfied with the service we have gotten from Embrace.

We've had Embrace since 2009 and they've been great the entire time. Most recently my dog has been diagnosed with cancer and I am so thankful Embrace has been there for us. They are incredibly friendly and are very prompt with reviewing and processing claims. I highly recommend them.

I've been with Embrace for 6 years and have only great things to say about them. Customer Service is amazing and their payments quick and easy. Recently I had an emergency with my dog and had to take him to a Vet emergency room. My dog ingested gum with Xylitol which is very poisonous to dogs. My dog was kept for 24-hours at the hospital. His stomach was washed and he had to be put on fluids. My bill was 80% covered by Embrace. Once again once I submitted my claim, everything got process within a week. I had other pet insurance before but Embrace has been the best.

The claim was very easy to submit using my iPhone. It was processed in a timely manner too. Im so glad that I switched to Pets Best. Submitting a claim with my former pet insurance was such a hassle "
