Embrace provides a good service

I have a special needs English bulldog and I dont know what I would have done without the Trupanion family to assist with her care the representatives are wonderful and my claims are always processed quickly Cant say enough about them ♥️

Kira was extremely friendly and helpful. When I mentioned to her that I never received the pre-approval form via email that two reps were supposed to have sent, she immediately offered to have ME email HER first, to create a connection, then sent me the form. :) Then, she explained the entire pre-approval process in great detail. It was a productive, pleasant experience and I didn't feel that I had wasted my time in calling. Thank you, Kira!

I had a very sad experience last year with my cat.
I had a very sad experience last year with my cat. Unfortunately, she was put to sleep. Through the illness, Trupanion made my misery easier by quickly paying very expensive vet bills. I'm happy to say that I have a new kitten now. One of the first things I did was sign her up for Trupanion insurance.
