Fast and great service

I'm so thankful for Embrace! My puppy has been insured with them since I bought her and every claim has been processed fast and efficiently. I'm so thankful for their wonderful customer service and the coverage we have for my baby.

A Portion Of My Claim Was Deni…

A portion of my claim was denied because the doctor did not include a reason as to why they prescribed medicine. I dont think I should be penalized because of the way the doctor print it reports."

Disbelief!

This was my first claim. After filing, I received an ambiguous e-mail saying "one or more" of the veterinarians who had treated my dog had failed to provide information pertaining to one or more of his visits. Total lack of specifics. I had to guess what was missing. I sent them an e-mail explaining that he was a rescue, and that I had previously given them everything I had on him, and would they please let me know what else they needed. They failed to respond. Instead, they CLOSED my claim for lack of information. I got it re-opened. I sent them his "kennel card" from the shelter. They told me that should be sufficient. Again, they CLOSED the claim, rather than following up with me. Spent a total of over an hour on the phone trying to get this resolved. Finally did. The problem? "Customer Service" is attempting to handle claims-related questions. It seems that they are screening the calls, rather than sending ALL claims-related questions to the CLAIMS department. Once I finally got to speak to the claims department, things started going more smoothly.

Nationwide has more than doubled premiums

I started out with VPI for our 3 month old Yorkie. Premiums were $27.00. New year, new price. My healthy 5 year old is now supposed to cost me $56.00 now...I don't think so. I Cancelled the policy. Not the end of the story, they debited my account for another pmt, the first of March. The bank got it reversed. Today...you guessed it, they debited my account AGAIN!! How scammy can a company get!!

A Springier Springer!

My springer spaniel kept getting UTIs and after quite a few trips to the vet, it was decided that she needed a vulvoplasty (elimination of extra skin folds around the girly parts!) I called Embrace to make sure this was covered and they assured me that it was no problem. My dog had surgery last Thursday and I have already received notice less than a week later that the claim has been processed and a check is on it's way! Happy Springer- Happy Momma! My dog has been Embraced for her entire 5 years and Embrace has been consistently fantastic. I honestly mean it - if you are considering them, you will not be disappointed. Fast and extremely friendly people. I love them.

It has been a relief to have this insurance

I have this insurance for almost 10 yrs, they always have been excellent in paying claims quick. This last time, my 15 yrs Yorkie was diagnosed with nasal carsinoma and I took him to the vet oncologist. All the exams and treatments have been very expensive and I was concerned many things were not going to be covered. For my surprise, I got reimbursed very quickly. If you have a pet and you are an animal lover like me, you will do everything for your pet. Thank you for your support, it has been a huge help to care for my little one.
