Latonya helped me in a big way by suggesting I start the claims process going prior to my pet Elliot's appointment with the veterinary hospital because he had been seen by my regular vet several times and had tests done and meds dispensed. By doing as she suggested, I met my $50.00 deductible ahead of this visit which I knew was going to be expensive. I also have money coming in towards a bloodwork claim.
