Exceptional
ASPCA Pet Health Insurance is Exceptional. My dog had a recent 4 day stay at the hospital. The bill was high. He came home wit me on Thursday and on Thursday night I filed the claim. The claim was processed the following Monday and I had the insurance proceeds by the Wednesday or Thursday. They paid about 75% of the total bill which I find more than fair. This was not my first experience with ASPCA. I have had several small claims and in 2015 my dog had his gallbladder removed. They were quick and fair in all the claims I filed.

I Have Had PetS Best For My 3…"
I have had Pets Best for my 3 ( now 2) pets for Years. They are amazing. The claims are handled expeditiously and their customer care is genuinely concerned about my "babies". They are always friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I may have. I thank Pet"s Best for being part of the BEST experiences for my dog and cat!"

Excellent customer service
Their customer service is the bomb! I've had two dogs insured with them since 2013 and thankfully have only had wellness claims. I submitted a wellness claim recently for my mixed breed Frankie and there were 2 prescriptions put on the same claim. Embrace customer service walked me thru how to properly submit a wellness and health claim on the same form and exactly what was needed. Since I wasn't interested in claiming the prescriptions they kindly are processing just the wellness part of the claim. Saving me a lot of time and aggravation.
