Best pet insurance
The reimbursement claims are so easy. I love the easy access through the app. I can upload a picture of a receipt and the claims get processed so quickly. I called to make sure a test was covered with my insurance and it was easy to get a hold of someone and they explained my policy. This really is amazing insurance for my dog.

I have all 3 of my dogs insured with Nationwide. Mardi since she was rescued at 3 months old .
Always completely satisfied with service. I have never had any problems or issues

Always great customer service
Quick responses and great customer service. Claims settled in a few short weeks sometimes faster. Good coverage - I’ve never had any problem with reimbursement from them, and I’ve been with them almost 3 years now, I just keep renewing my policy.

The Figo App made it easy to file a claim.
The process to file a claim was relatively easy. The claim was closed in two days and money was electronically sent and deposited in my bank account in three days.

New kittens
Pets Best wellness policy has been a great investment for making sure our kittens get the preventative care that they need. Claims have been paid out exactly as described in our policy.

They make it pretty easy, once you know the system
The first few months with Nationwide was a little bumpy. They required eight months of medical records, and took awhile to process things. But now we're in the flow, and it's all good. Considering that my 11-year-old English bulldog seems to get one malady after another these days, it's important that the system is easy, which it is, and they pay quickly, which they do. The insurance plus deductible is about $750 a year, and I probably got a little more in payments this year than I paid.

Vet Checkup for Cora
On 10/25 took Cora to my vet for checkup after adoption from shelter on 10/9, and visit to emergency clinic on 10/10. Because of that visit I purchased Pets Best insurance to cover future expenses. To my surprise and very happy that Pets Best reimbursed the majority of my total cost that included office visit and prescribed meds. I purchased a plan that covers teeth cleaning, a wise decision since this is something Cora will need due to her being a stray. On-line claim processing was easy and quick.
