I have had my first dog on a plan with ASPCA Pet Insurance for several years, however I have not had to use it much with him so I have not had much feedback to offer. I adopted an older dog three years ago and she, on the other hand, has had a lot of health issues. This past summer in particular we had to take her to the emergency vet twice in one week, in addition to several other visits with our regular vet to follow up. The insurance covered everything it said it would which made a huge difference for our family. I just finished graduate school and was between jobs when this happened. I don't know what we would have done if we had not been insured.

I have 4 dogs insured with embrace and I've never had a problem with the company. I highly recommend them. The customer service is friendly and the reimbursement is fast. I wish human insurance companies where is good as Embrace!

I have had to process two claims back to back for my 1.5 year old dog. I never had any issues with reimbursement for either claim. My first claim was $2500 and I expected after having to fight for reimbursement with a different company on my previous dog that I would get the run around. However, I am happy to say that didn't happen at all. I sent a picture of my invoice and within 48 hours got the email that my claim was processed and the check was in the mail. This company is amazing and I highly recommend to anyone looking to insure their pet.

Did exactly what they said they'd do. I've had HP for about 18 months with no claims. Once I easily submitted a claim online, they verified history with my vet, approved the claim, and mailed me a check. Whole process took about 10 days.

I have had Embrace for a few months now and have personally submitted 2 wellness claims, which were covered at 100% as agreed. I have also had my vet process an ER claim that was covered after my deductible was met and the outstanding amount was mailed to me. Each time a claim was processed, it was done quickly and efficiently.

My dog is alive today because of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. It's easy tosay the Vet saved his life after Roscoe contracted leptospirosis, but without a way to pay for the $1,800 cost of his treatment, Roscoe would not have received his lifesaving care. Instead of having to be "put down," Roscoe is alive today and a hyper Boston Terrier because Healthy Paws does not have annual or lifetime coverage limits. They took my calls, answered all of my questions and processed claims within 1-2 days after I uploaded the invoices. I recently rescued a second Boston named Ruby. Pet's Best has been so helpful for me. I have a Lab, who thinks he is a truck! I have only submitted 2 claims so far, and they have been quick and painless. I wish human insurance was this easy! I have received payment in a timely fashion and am VERY satisfied with the service and attention I have received from Pet's Best! I would recommend this insurance to anyone that is looking to insure their animal.

I 1ST GOT INSURANCE FOR OUR DOG OVER 9 YEARS AGO AND HE HAS SINCE PASSED BUT I KEEP THE POLICY FOR OUR NEW DOG AND NOW NEW PUPPY.I DID ALOT OF INVESTIGATING BEFORE I BOUGHT AND WAS TRULY AMAZED WHAT OTHER COMPANIES WILL AND WILL NOT COVER DUE TO A DOG BREED. THAT IS WHY I WANTED PET INSURANCE. AS WE ALL KNOW PUREBRED DOGS CAN COME WITH ALOT OF PREDISPOSED ISSUES AS WELL AS OTHER HEALTH ISSUES THAT CAN OCCUR. I DID NOT NEED INSURANCE FOR SHOTS AND SUCH ITEMS, I NEEDED IT FOR WHEN THE BIG ILLNESS, ACCIDENTS COMES ALONG. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DIS-SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS AND WOW WHAT A GREAT COMFORT IT IS TO KNOW I HAVE THIS FOR MY PETS BECAUSE I THINK IF THERE IS A DOG THAT WILL HAVE AN ISSUES WITH SOMETHING I WILL OWN IT.

Our family friend (some call him a dog) tore his crucial ligament and required surgery. I sent a claim form into Embrace to get pre-approved and received approval back extremely fast. The surgery was completed on 9/4/2015 and I submitted the claim form on 9/5/2015. I received the check for reimbursement on 9/14/2015.This $3000 surgery cost me less than $1000 out-of-pocket thanks to Embrace.
