Pleased with experience
Having lost two previous pets to cancer we insured our new Misha with Trupanion. Much to our dismay, at the age of three months she suffered acute kidney failure and we had to give her up. Easing some of the pain of our loss, Trupanion paid our claim promptly and with condolence for our loss. We will not be without Trupanion on any future pet we may have.

You guys are great!
Nationwide is great at paying claims. I have also had great experiences over the phone.
It takes a little while to complete the claim but still a good experience!

Great Pet Insurer!
The coverage is great and super helpful when it comes to expensive vet bills. My only complaint would be the time it takes to get the claim approve and receive my check.

Easy to submit a claim.
Easy to fill out form and attach documents. I was notified of receipt of claims and when they were processed...first took a bit longer but second claim was quick.

Couldn't be happier with the claims process.
Katie Sprinkles was spayed and chipped in July 2018. I just logged into my Pets Best account, answered a question regarding the reason for her visit to the vet, snapped a picture of the bill and clicked the Submit button. I immediately got an email Confirmation my claim was received. Within 5 days I got an email with my Explanation of Benefits and the money was in my account. I set up electronic transfer for all my claims (when I first got the policy). This was my fourth experience with a Pets Best claim and I couldn't be happier!

It’s nice to have but kindve a waste of money
I like having help with his vet bills. Especially if anything unexpected were to happen. My issue is that it only reimburses me 90% and takes WEEKS to do so. I get that’s what I signed up for but for the kind of money the company is making off of me doesn’t even come close to what I pay a year for his bills. It’s a nice safety blanket and I’ve recommended several times to other people but how long it takes to come back and only getting 90% after I pay $250 deductible is turning out to be a waste of money. Rather just keep the medical and get rid of the wellness but I’m concerned that if something were to
Happen then I wouldn’t be fully “covered” or something.

Very timely claims processing!!
I have had my Maltipoo enrolled with Embrace's Wellness & Pet Insurance since September 2015 and have nothing but a VERY pleasant experience from the friendliness of the Embrace staff when calling customer service to very timely responses to e-mail inquiries and most of all -- very timely turnaround time with claim reimbursement. This is, by far, the best pet insurance I have come across in terms of coverage, cost & excellent service!
