The name is apt!

Not the cheapest but the best in all categories. Easy to understand policies, great customer service, super easy claim process, quick efficient handling and above all they pay exactly as promised. I’ve been a customer for 4 years with up to 3 dogs.

Worst pet insurance company

They refused to pay all your claims and find all the excuses to reject. Even with my policy clearly state wellness visit paid $20, but the company will find all excuses not paying. Last year my dog had a surgery, they refused all the claims. Ridiculous! Why do I pay health insurance to cover nothing?

A Company That Genuinely Cares

Having used the insurance for two claims recently, I found that the processing was easy and fast. Every time I've called to confirm receipt of records or ask questions, I easily reached a friendly real person. Their website has been convenient for filing and confirming claim statuses, and they email updates, too. On top of that, they checked up on how my pet was doing after surgery giving me the impression that they genuinely cared.

Easy to use, classifies claims wrong

On the surface Pets Best seems like a great insurance to have. Submitting a claim is easy. They process them relatively quickly IF you provide the medical notes. They tend to classify EVERYTHING POSSIBLE as an allergy so they can classify as pre-existing. An ear infection that needs anti-yeast medication is clearly not a seasonal allergy. So you have to watch claims carefully and submit appeals which is a lot of extra work.

They've gotten better

When I first signed up in 2022, their claims processing was slow and the customer service sucked. Based on the speed at which my last few claims have been processed, I can see they are getting better.

Exceptional Support and Care for My Cane Corso, Luca

I am extremely grateful for the support provided by ASPCA insurance for my 4-year-old male Cane Corso, Luca. Recently, Luca experienced bloody urine, which was a worrying and stressful situation for me. After consulting with Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital, I was able to focus on making the right decisions for Luca's care without the added burden of financial concerns. The worst feeling in the world is knowing your dog is suffering and feeling helpless because of financial constraints. Thanks to ASPCA, I didn't have to choose alternative care plans due to cost. Instead, I was able to provide Luca with the best possible care he needed. The customer service was outstanding, and the claims process was smooth and hassle-free. With the direct deposit reimbursements, the claim process has much improved, with payments being received in just a few days. This support allowed me to prioritize Luca's health and well-being during a challenging time. Thank you, ASPCA, for being there when we needed it the most.

Pet insurance is worth it!

Very quick, easy, very user friendly, available 24/7. Deductible might be a little high but this is my first insurance so I’m not too sure. I have two pets added to my insurance and I never have to worry too much about them needing a check up or getting hurt.

Easy Claims, Excellent Coverage

Lemonade offered competitive rates for our 5 yr old Golden, so I figured it was worth switching from a previous provider and giving them a try. So far, coverage has been great, claims are very easy via the app, and service is excellent overall.

Very Pleased
