Other than paperwork/communication issue which was easily cleared up Embrace has done a great job for us. I noticed some bad reviews when shopping for a company but after reading their policy information it was obvious those were complaints from people who did not understand their own policy. From our experience I would highly recommend Embrace.

They made up information about our animals to exclude them from coverage including telling us one of our cats was noted to have aggression back in 2012 (he wasn't born yet) They are nasty and misrepresented​ their care for our animals. So we have canceled with them and let USAA (veteran family here) that we will not pay money to any company that treats our animals like they have. Over $2k in bills. Met the deductible on first visit and got zero coverage. Our cat was constipated for the first time in his life but really bad...visit to ER and then 3 sedations and removal of excrement. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Pre existing condition my ass.

ASPCA not only reminded me that I could make a claim from the previous year but when I did they were extremely helpful. Some comments on the claim form I entered did not give them the information they needed so they volunteered to contact my vet. Within a day or so the form was then complete and approved. I would guess within a week or so I was reimbursed. Very easy and professional.

i have not had a issue, the process is easy and i should know i have 3 German Shepherds and one with multiple trip to the vet for treatment. I am also glad i add wellness to the accident insurance i had

My experiences with Embrace have been great. The customer service staff is kind, compassionate and quick to help, reply and process the claims.The vets that I have been to all say that they like Embrace the best compared to working with other pet insurance companies. I have had Trupanion for several years now for three large dogs and I never had to worry about the cost of a much needed procedure or illness because I know Trupanion will be there and makes having pet insurance truly affordable especially when you have multiple pets because you decide your deductible which makes your monthly premiums affordable so every four-legged family member is covered. Two particular times that come to mind was when my dog Jada tore the ligaments in her back legs at two different times, requiring two separate TPLO surgeries. I was able to take Jada to the best Orthopedic surgeon in Texas for treatment and now Jada is back to being the athletic dog she was always meant to be. I have found Trupanion to be prompt and very caring during the most difficult of times when it came to the care of all of my dogs. I will keep this insurance and I always recommend it to friends when they ask me how I keep my dogs so healthy.
