We rescued our first pittie in 2011; our second came along a year later. With both, we immediately arranged insurance with ASPCA because the rates are reasonable and the reputation of the company is sterling. Those folks have stood with us in treating a broken paw and a soft tissue sarcoma diagnosed a week apart) and chronic allergies to grass and trees. They brought us peace of mind knowing we could give our babies the best care available and not have to worry about breaking the bank. We submit claims electronically (quick and easy) and always get an expeditious response from ASPCA. They follow up with us by phone to see how the furkids are doing. We're beyond thrilled by the compassionate professionalism of the ASPCA.

Cannot say enough how grateful we were to have this when we needed it. Went years with no claim and then bam, back to back ones. It was so easy to file, response/processing and payment were prompt. And they called to check on status of our four-legged kid plus sent a card. If you don't have it, get it. Without it, we would not have been able to get the answers we so desperately needed. Even though our prognosis is not good, we were able to make an informed and educated decision and we are forever grateful for that.

I took my dog into the vet to check on her sluggish behavior. The vet said he thinks she might have a thyroid condition so we are working to get that treated. Petsbest reimbursed me quickly which helps relieve the stress of taking my dogs to the vet.

I liked that they processed claims submitted online within a few days and I received direct deposit reimbursements within a few days after approval. I've had the insurance for two years, and with my cat's recent illness, I'd say I've come out about even as far as costs/reimbursements. Just wish his current illness wasn't going to be considered a pre-existing condition once my policy renews next month.
