Every step of the way
This is our 1st pet with ASPCA insurance and he was recently injured. The process was easy and the reps stayed in contact with us every step of the way to make sure our pet was doing well. He had to have stitches and he managed to pull them out before he healed and had to be restitched. The process was just as easy and they answered all of my questions and were very helpful. I would get this for any pet I ever have.

I Called Customer Service Because...
I called customer service because I had no idea how to submit the claim. They were super helpful and emailed me the forms although they were on the site. I submitted multiple receipts for different visits with one form and they reviewed them all individually. This was the best experience I've ever had with an insurance company. If only my personal insurances company was this cooperative.

Minor Paperwork issues but a great job overall.
Other than paperwork/communication issue which was easily cleared up Embrace has done a great job for us. I noticed some bad reviews when shopping for a company but after reading their policy information it was obvious those were complaints from people who did not understand their own policy. From our experience I would highly recommend Embrace.

If your pets are family ..do not use Embrace
They made up information about our animals to exclude them from coverage including telling us one of our cats was noted to have aggression back in 2012 (he wasn't born yet)
They are nasty and misrepresented their care for our animals. So we have canceled with them and let USAA (veteran family here) that we will not pay money to any company that treats our animals like they have. Over $2k in bills. Met the deductible on first visit and got zero coverage.
Our cat was constipated for the first time in his life but really bad...visit to ER and then 3 sedations and removal of excrement. This has been going on for 3 weeks. Pre existing condition my ass.
