Can’t believe we are getting so little on bill submitted
Had tumor and a cyst remove at same time and was charged deductible on tumor and cyst separately so from over $800 bill we are getting $16. Maybe not worth paying $70 a month and just take chance and hope for the best.

Our dog was recently very ill and we couldn't figure out what was going on. We took him to the vet multiple times for a number of tests to rule out the worst.... We put in the claim and were delighted when we received very quick notification of reimbursement. I wish human medical claims were this easy!

Horrible — making a bad situation worse
This company makes hard times worse by carefully digging for ways to reject any part of your claim, sending you on wild chases for additional paperwork, and never doing the legwork on your behalf. Would it kill you to contact the vet on our behalf if you need documents or clarification? I once had a claim rejected because I didn't include the diagnosis on the HAND WRITTEN claim form. 1. You should have called the hospital and 2. Should I have just hand written some crazy diagnoses on all my other rejected claims and then maybe you would have helped me out? The people on the phones are super friendly, but their hands are tied. Your company doesn't offer any kind of protection or piece of mind. Doing business with you is painful.

Terrible insurance
customer services is terrible. It took 4 months for medical records to go through. They decided that my dog benefits wouldn't be covered because I just found out he has lyme and never had it any previous appointments, I was told its a pre existing disease.
