This insurance was a true life saver!
Our dog got into the trash and ended up needing surgery for foreign body obstruction. In the next few weeks he had several complications related to a bad suture reaction in his incision. We were able to very easily submit the claim for the initIal surgery and all of his follow ups and received our reimbursement quickly and with no issues. Our dog has been doing great and we are so thankful this allowed us to afford this life saving surgery!

Unexpected customer service!
When you have had so many disappointments working with insurance companies, it is such a pleasant surprise to actually work with one that cares! I have nothing but nice things to say about VPI. WOW! A pet insurance plan that actually covers what it says it will!
After paying for an insurance plan for two years that was 20% more expensive, and never ever ONCE reimbursed us for any illnesses or injuries, I am extremely pleased with Bailey's Nationwide Pet Insurance Plan. The plan is easy to use, forms are clear cut and simple, submitting claims is a breeze. After meeting our initial deductible of $250.00, we have been reimbursed for 90% of our expenses, no muss no fuss! I have recommended this plan to all of our friends who have pets, this has been a worthwhile investment and am very happy to have switched over from our previous carrier. THANK YOU!
